Rich\u2019s memulakan kemeriahan musim perayaan dengan menganjurkan seminar berskala besar yang menginspirasikan bertajuk \u201cJom Raya Bersama Chef Asma & Cik Dayang,\u201d yang menghimpunkan lebih 500 home baker dan peminat baking. Dianjurkan pada awal Januari, acara ini meraikan kreativiti dalam dunia baking, perkongsian ilmu profesional serta semangat Ramadan dan Raya\u2014di samping mengeratkan hubungan antara Rich\u2019s, rangkaian produknya dan komuniti home baker tempatan.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 3 January 2026, Rich\u2019s successfully hosted \u201cJom Raya Bersama Chef Asma & Cik Dayang\u201d<\/em> at Crystal Crown Hotel, Petaling Jaya, welcoming 500 attendees from the home baking community. The seminar aimed to raise brand awareness while empowering Malay home bakers through education, inspiration, and hands-on knowledge sharing. Featuring two highly respected figures in the local culinary scene Chef Asma and Cik Dayang. The event blended creativity, innovation, and festive excitement in anticipation of the upcoming Ramadan and Raya season, while further strengthening brand engagement and community bonds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pada 3 Januari 2026, Rich\u2019s telah berjaya menganjurkan \u201cJom Raya Bersama Chef Asma & Cik Dayang\u201d di Hotel Crystal Crown, Petaling Jaya, dengan kehadiran seramai 500 peserta daripada komuniti home baker. Seminar ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesedaran jenama serta memperkasakan home baker Melayu melalui pendidikan, inspirasi dan perkongsian ilmu secara langsung. Menampilkan dua figura ternama dalam dunia kulinari tempatan, Chef Asma dan Cik Dayang. Chef Asma<\/mark><\/em> – Founder of Chef Asma Culinary Academy and a seasoned professional trainer with over 30 years of experience in culinary education. <\/mark><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

She formerly a lecturer, Chef Asma is widely recognised for her expertise in Kuih Traditional Malaysia and is fondly known as the \u201cSifu Kuih Talam\u201d. Her mastery and contribution to preserving traditional Malay kuih have earned her recognition across print and television media. Beyond teaching, Chef Asma has played significant roles in the industry, including serving as Chief Judge for MAFI Masak Challenge, Pencarian Chef Muda AgroMas<\/em> with MOA\/FAMA, and Pencarian Chef Muda MAHA 2016<\/em>, alongside authoring culinary publications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In early 2024, she founded SIFU KUIH, an online learning platform dedicated to traditional Malay kuih. Within just three months, the platform attracted over 800 participants from Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and Brunei. During the seminar, Chef Asma emphasised the importance of mastering traditional techniques while embracing innovation\u2014values she consistently instils in her students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pengasas Chef Asma Culinary Academy, merupakan seorang tenaga pengajar profesional berpengalaman lebih 30 tahun dalam bidang pendidikan kulinari. Bekas pensyarah ini terkenal dengan kepakarannya dalam Kuih Tradisional Malaysia dan dikenali sebagai \u201cSifu Kuih Talam.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sumbangan beliau dalam memelihara warisan kuih tradisional Melayu telah mendapat pengiktirafan melalui pelbagai liputan media cetak dan televisyen. Selain mengajar, Chef Asma turut memainkan peranan penting dalam industri sebagai Ketua Juri MAFI Masak Challenge, Pencarian Chef Muda AgroMas bersama MOA\/FAMA, dan Pencarian Chef Muda MAHA 2016, di samping terlibat dalam penulisan buku kulinari.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through Easy Bake Lab, she has built a fully online learning platform that allows aspiring bakers to learn directly from their own kitchens. Over the past eight years, Cik Dayang has conducted more than 160 online distance-learning classes, reaching an impressive 170,000 students nationwide. She has also shared over 1,000 recipes through live video sessions on Facebook and TikTok. Beyond recipes, Cik Dayang focuses on equipping new home bakers with knowledge, confidence, and inspiration\u2014especially those looking to turn their passion into a sustainable source of income.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Turut memeriahkan seminar ialah Cik Dayang, pengasas Easy Bake Lab dan pakar pastri yang berpengalaman lebih 15 tahun dalam bidang kulinari. Melalui Easy Bake Lab, beliau membangunkan sebuah platform pembelajaran sepenuhnya dalam talian yang membolehkan bakal baker belajar terus dari dapur masing-masing.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sepanjang lapan tahun lalu, Cik Dayang telah mengendalikan lebih 160 kelas pembelajaran jarak jauh, berjaya mencapai lebih 170,000 pelajar di seluruh Malaysia. Beliau juga telah berkongsi lebih 1,000 resipi melalui sesi video LIVE di Facebook dan TikTok. Lebih daripada sekadar resipi, Cik Dayang memberi fokus kepada pembinaan keyakinan, perkongsian ilmu praktikal dan inspirasi\u2014terutamanya kepada home baker yang ingin menjana pendapatan dari dapur.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attendees were also treated to live demonstrations by Chef Asma and Cik Dayang, where practical baking tips, professional techniques, and valuable product-handling insights were shared. Adding to the excitement, a dedicated Shopee booth allowed attendees to purchase products directly and stand a chance to win additional giveaways on that day. In conjunction with Malaysia\u2019s largest festive season, the seminar also served as a platform to introduce Rich\u2019s Raya campaign, \u201cJom Raya Bersama Rich\u2019s.\u201d The campaign gave a strong buzz with its grand giveaway\u2014seven 999.9 gold bars\u2014encouraging participation through the purchase of any Rich\u2019s or ICEHOT products from participating bakery ingredient stores, with receipt submissions made online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
