Mochi Filling

  1. In a bowl, mix all A1 ingredients until smooth. Steam the mixture until it is well cooked through.
  2. Remove from the pot and add in the butter, mix until well incorporated.

Mochi Egg Tart

  1. In each Portuguese Egg Tart Shell (FS), add in 10g of mochi filling and pour in 35g of Rich's Portuguese Egg Tart Topping.
