Frosty Apple Teaspresso is a refreshing tea and coffee slushie made with ICEHOT All-Purpose Creamer Concentrate, lightly spiced with cinnamon, layered with apple jelly, and topped with smooth ICEHOT Dairy Whipped Cream.

Apple Jelly

260g Apple Juice
10g Jelly Powder
30g Sugar

Earl Grey Tea

15g Earl Grey Tea Leaves
375g Hot Water
225g Ice cube

Slushie

600g Earl Grey Tea (Recipe B)
5g Cinnamon powder
225g ICEHOT All-Purpose Creamer Concentrate
1350g Ice cube
150g Fructose

Assemble

300g Apple Jelly (Recipe A)
200g Espresso
200g ICEHOT Dairy Whipped Cream

Apple Jelly

  1. Combine the ingredients for apple jelly in a pot. Bring to boil.
  2. Chill to set. Then cut into cubes for later use. Set aside.

Earl Grey Tea

  1. Brew the tea with 95°C hot water, steep for 10 minutes.
  2. Strain the brew tea into ice cubes to chill. Set aside.

Slushie

  1. Blend the ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Assemble

  1. Lay 30g of the apple jelly subes in a glass.
  2. Pour in the 230g of the slushie and 20ml of espresso.
  3. Lastly, top with 20g of ICEHOT Dairy Whipped Cream to serve.
