Marinara Sauce

| 20g | Garlic (Chopped) |
| 400g | Peeled Whole Tomato |
| 3g | Oregano |
| 10g | Sugar |

| 80g | Marinara Sauce |
| 100g | Mozzarella Cheese (Sliced) |
| 20g | Cherry Tomato |
| 10g | Basil Leaves |

- Heat the pan and saute garlic until fragrant.
- Add peeled whole tomato into pan and saute for 1 min,then mix in oregano, sugar and salt .
- Once boiled , blend the sauce until smooth and keep
Margherita Pizza
- Remove pizza base from its packaging and defrost for 3 - 5 mins.
- Spread the prepared marinara sauce on the pizza base.
- Then top with mozzarella cheese and tomatoes.
- Bake at pre-heated oven of 180°C for 15 - 20 mins.
- Once baked, garnish with basil leaves and ready to be served.
